I opened the doors for  Laura Regna Fitness in 2013 with personalized instruction for clients helping them achieve their fitness and health goals. In 2014, I began writing fitness blogs for a digital magazine, helping others stay healthy. After publishing several blogs for this digital magazine, I started my blog about living healthy and exercising for women 40 and over.

Why over 40 and over? Well, I am almost 47, and most of my clients are over 40 as well. I am very experienced in this area, and  I believe I can help my fellow 40 & over women have a happy and healthy life.

In 2019, I took a long break from blogging, and now I have decided to return to my mission of helping women. It has been so long because of the many transitions my life has undertaken in these past years. I went through a divorce, moved several times, remarried, and moved my physical location to Laura Regna Fitness Inc. The pandemic was also a terrible time for me because I suffered from depression, and my anxiety became severe. Fortunately, I have come out strong and have learned a great deal through it all! In 2006 Laura Regna became a NASM-certified personal trainer and, in 2009, a certified yoga instructor.  Several elite athletes have sought out Laura for pre-season conditioning. In 2021, she became certified as a Nutrition Coach through NASM.  Laura earned her BFA in dance at SUNY Brockport in 1998, and in 2004, she obtained her MFA in dance. She spent many years performing on stage as a modern dancer and retired in 2017.   You can follow Laura on Facebook.
